Service agreement

By booking a service with Lincoln Detail Co., you agree to the following terms. These terms exist to set clear expectations — both for us and for you — so that every appointment ends with a result you are happy with.

Pricing & quotes

The ranges shown on our pricing page reflect typical averages for sedans through full-size SUVs and trucks. Final pricing depends on the size and current condition of your vehicle. The most accurate quote is given after we have seen photos of your vehicle or had a chance to inspect it in person.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. No deposit is required to book. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App.

Satisfaction

Before we accept payment, we walk through the finished work with you. If anything falls short of your expectations, we correct it on the spot at no additional cost. If for any reason the result cannot be corrected to your satisfaction, please tell us so we can make it right.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We understand schedules change. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer that slot to another customer.

Limitations

Detailing improves a vehicle’s appearance but cannot undo every form of damage. Deep paint scratches, permanent staining, mechanical wear, or pre-existing interior tears are outside the scope of standard detailing and will be identified during your walk-through.

Personal items

We are not responsible for personal valuables left in vehicles. Please remove any items of significant value before drop-off.
